With our comprehensive CNC workshop and staff expertise, we are able to design and manufacture to your individual needs. We are a family owned business with a commitment to quality and service. Tolpark Systems manufacture machined components from a large range of metals and engineering plastics. Our facilities include CNC Lathes and CNC Milling machinery which enable us to machine a vast range of components, from simple turned components to complex parts with many different processes. There is no limit to quantity requirements, with our large selection of machinery we are able to supply your machined components in small quantities of 1-10, and large runs of hundreds or thousands of components. We can offer complete project management, from machining, to fabrication and welding, heat treatment, plating, anodising, powdercoating, assembly etc. These processes are either completed in-house, or externally by our trusted suppliers. Tolpark has both the experience and well-equipped gearcutting facilities to machine and gearcut to your specifications. We manufacture a range of different gears including Spur Gears, Internal and External Splines, Worm Gears, Helical Gears, Bevel Gears, Purpose made Gearboxes, Rack & Pinion and Segmental Gears. LocationTolpark is conveniently located in Picton NSW which is 70km southwest of Sydney. We have easy access to all the main courier routes into Sydney and other interstate locations. Our workshop is situated in a modern 1000m2 building which is equipped with the latest technology machinery.
